Canon EOS 90D DSLR Body

This is in my opinion the greatest crop sensor DSLR that will ever be made. I have switched to this for my day to day dentistry photography. It has a 32.5 megapixel sensor and being a crop sensor it is perfect for macro photography. I would recommend owning one as after this everything will be mirrorless. Also shoots 4K video.
