Oral-B Night-time Dental Guard – Boil & Mould

This is a cheap alternative to getting a custom fitted night guard. These don’t last very long and become loose over time. A custom made one from the dentist will probably last you longer but this is a good way to try and see if it make any improvement with your clenching/grinding.
